Command Pattern talks about the complex relationship between man and technology. We have weaved a web so complex that this relationship is not clear cut anymore. Is it beneficial? Is it detrimental? These are the questions often asked by people, the questions that segregate us into simplistic opposing camps.
But the truth is not so black and white. Our reliance on technology in modern societies is far more pervasive than we think it is. Many of us are quick to paint a grim picture of being overtaken by technology. We constantly yearn for a life with less technological interference but at the same time, can we honestly envision a modern society without the assistance of technology? Perhaps we have moved past a point of no return? Now, even if we yearn to return to our most natural state. it will still contain some level of technology.
Special thanks to T.H.E's dancers and Terence Lau for their kind support.
