• Please ensure that the mailing address you have provided is accurate to ensure smooth and prompt delivery of your order.
• Delivery charges may be priced at a higher rate based on the quantity, weight and/or size of the merchandise you have purchased. We reserve all rights to contact you and request for the balance amount to offset the new delivery fee if necessary. You may choose to cancel your order if you are not agreeable with the new delivery fee.

The items can be picked up from our premises or delivered to you.

For self-pickup:

We are located at Goodman Arts Centre, 90 Goodman Rd, Block M, 01-51/54, Singapore 439053.

Kindly note that self-pickup is only available during business hours, from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you would like to make any alternative arrangement when collecting the merchandise (e.g. collecting at our front-of-house counter during T.H.E's show), please leave us a note at checkout.
