Terms & Conditions for Purchase of Classes, Tickets & Merchandise

Product Availability:

• All classes, tickets and merchandise are subject to availability.
• The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per transaction.

Pricing & Payment:

• Prices displayed are in SGD and inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the provided payment methods.

Delivery & Fulfilment:

• Classes and tickets will be delivered electronically via email confirmation.
• Merchandise will be dispatched within 7 business days of purchase, with shipping costs and estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds or exchanges for classes, tickets or merchandise are not available, except in cases of programme cancellation or defective merchandise.
• Requests for refunds or exchanges must be submitted within 3 working days of purchase.

Intellectual Property:

• All content, including but not limited to class materials, performances, programmes and merchandise designs, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior permission.

Photography & Videography:

• By attending classes, performances or any of our programmes, patrons consent to the Company's right to photograph or record video footage of the programmes for promotional and archival purposes.
• Patrons retain the right to request exclusion from such media coverage by informing the Company in writing prior to the start of the programme.
• The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media coverage.

Liability:

• The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of our classes, attendance at events, or purchase of merchandise.

• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, with updated terms applicable to future purchases.
