This run of Contemporary Dance Foundations will be led by Joseph Chua.
Designed to build confidence and body awareness, the course introduces key elements of contemporary dance—including floorwork, across-the-floor phrases, weight shifts, and jumps—through progressive exercises. Whether you're new to contemporary or returning after time away, you'll develop a deeper connection to your movement and discover the expressive potential of the body in motion.
