About Zu You
Trained in contemporary, ballet, and Chinese dance, Zu You was a dance artist with T.H.E from 2017—2022, practising the company's HollowBodyTM methodology. He is interested in movement vocabularies that encompass strength and functionality amongst fluidity and grace, and wants to cultivate, in his classes, the practice of moving with informed intention and mindfulness that translate functionally and effectively.
