HollowBody for AnyBody

Fiona has been a full-time dance artist with T.H.E Dance Company since 2019 and now serves as Assistant to the Artistic Director. She has performed works by Kuik Swee Boon, Kim Jae Duk, and other international choreographers, touring festivals such as Tanzmesse, OzAsia, and Oriente Occidente. Beyond performing, she teaches, choreographs, and facilitates HollowBody workshops for T.H.E’s main and second companies. With a background in hip hop, jazz, and street jazz, Fiona enjoys crafting unique movement phrases and is passionate about helping others unlock their physical potential through dance.

Discover HollowBody, a signature methodology by Kuik Swee Boon, practiced by T.H.E dance artists. This workshop welcomes all levels to explore HollowBody's transformative approach to connecting mind, body, and heart.

Through guided improvisation and experiential exercises, participants develop physiological awareness, unlocking the body’s potential as a vessel for thoughts, emotions, and energy. HollowBody encourages trusting instincts, embracing curiosity, and fostering creativity. Participants will be led to deepen connection to the self and the world through movement. No experience needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore!
