This 3-part workshop explores the nature of storms as a metaphor for physical, collective, and psychological movement and transformation. Participants are encouraged to bring a pen and paper.

Part One: Participants will collectively describe storms—their energy, pathways, and evolution—and connect these qualities to the body and space. The focus is on translating storm-like qualities into individual and group movement, exploring endurance, structure, and collaboration.

Part Two: Movement Structure: Building on Part One, the workshop shifts to structuring these storm-inspired qualities into continuous, flowing movements (a "continuum"). Participants will explore how gradual shifts create new movement sequences and how groups can transform shape collectively while individuals make radical shifts.

Part Three: Psychological State: The final part internalizes storm qualities, moving from physical representation to psychological activation. Participants will discover how storm-like energy can stimulate an active, shifting mindset, using the metaphor of a storm to inspire dynamic expression and mental transformation.
