This workshop combines Company 605's movement vocabulary with improvisational prompts from current repertoire. Exercises focus on building strength, speed, control of tension and release, and groove. Participants explore body weight, rediscover instinctual movement pathways, and use momentum for connective flow. The class emphasizes floor connection, articulation, isolation, and inhabiting different physical states, with techniques that challenge time and space interpretation to unlock unexpected movement patterns.
